Can't really show screenshots but here are a few things I would recommend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Create a list of what you want to capture and determine if it already exists or needs to be a custom object.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;How will this content be added to the CRM?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would want to see a structure for advocacy prospecting:&lt;BR /&gt;- NPS&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Event attendance&lt;BR /&gt;- Years as a customer&lt;BR /&gt;- Ties to teams (partner, CAB, INBOUND speaker, etc)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A place for advocacy collection:&lt;BR /&gt;- Evidence (case studies, testimonials, etc)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Collaboration/partnering opportunities&lt;BR /&gt;- Retention rate vs Nonadvocates&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Referrals if applicable&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I find that a lot of customer marketing and advocacy work struggles because they jump in before creating a structure for measurement. I would recommend detailing everything you want advocates to do and be identified for and reverse engineer that in HubSpot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've set up customer marketing and advocacy databases in the past in hubpsot, but I'm doing it again and looking to crowdsource some innovative ways to go about it. I'd be looking for a set up to capture references, reviews, case studies, speaker engagements, active advocates, etc. Can anyone share any screenshots of their set up with me? I'd love to use it as inpsiration when I discuss with my marketing ops team&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I don't have a specific use case to share screenshots about, but I do have an idea. Since you have Enterprise it appears, have you thought about using custom objects to create either a partner relationship management (PRM) set-up? Or perhaps something like a Community where folks are connected as you describe?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where I work, we created solutions for both scenarios using HubSpot as the center.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I've typically been the beneficiary of stellar customer marketing teams who've managed this at my past companies. I was also using Salesforce and ReferenceEdge for this at those companies, so trying to do it in Hubspot is new.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have any learnings that you could share with me as you've worked through your set-up, I would really appreciate it!
