Xero's invoices not showing on a customer file

Hi,

I have sent up Hubspot's data sync with Xero and all of the invoices we have in Xero have synced across but only a very small amount are linking with the customer file in Hubspot. The ones that do link are showing every invoice so we can see where they stand finacially, how do I work out why 95% of the invoices aren't linking to a customer?

Hey @ODwyer this would really be down to the xero integration and how it handles associations. It looks like this is a third party integration, is this the one you installed?

If so, there's a support email on that listing, I'd definitely advise reaching out to the support team for this integration to find out if there's a setting to enable to enforce the contact associations or if this is an issue with the integration.

I have the same issue, and I've found multiple threads which say the same. Did this ever get resolved? This may be the thing that makes me end the free trial...

To identify why 95% of invoices aren’t linking to customers in HubSpot, check these areas:

Ensure the customer email in Xero matches the email in HubSpot.
Verify the Xero customer ID is correctly mapped to the corresponding HubSpot contact.
Confirm the sync settings in HubSpot for Xero are configured to sync customer and invoice data.
Check for any custom fields or filters preventing full sync.
Ensure all invoices in Xero have a valid customer assigned.
Inspect any error logs or sync failures in HubSpot.
Make sure the customer is not marked as inactive in HubSpot.
Manually test syncing a few invoices to spot patterns.
