Counting a numeric field

Hello all

Dare to ask

I have created a numeric field, being postal code.

I need a report as a kind of pivot on this field.

How many times did people fill in postal code, X, postal code Y, but since it is a numeric field hubspot only wants to return a total in reporting. Or I can chose min, max & avg but not count.

Anyway I can do this ?

Hey @JVanpachtenbe I think what you're looking for is the custom report builder, if you build a custom report, then use your postal code property as the x axis and the "count of contacts" as the y axis, you'll see a count of all contacts grouped together by each of their values. You can also filter by specific values too, for example if you only wanted to show a count of contacts with postal code x and y then you can filter to only show contacts with these values.

For example here I just created a quick report which shows the number of contacts with specific phone numbers (I only have 1 contact for each in my demo portal, but you get the idea).

No unfortunately not:
As soon as I drag that field into it, it states "Total" as shown in the picture:

Hey @JVanpachtenbe you'll need to add in the postal code property as a display property here too to break it down by the value within the postal code. Currently it looks like you're just displaying the total count.

Thats is exactly what I did, but hubspot automatically adds the total and I cannot clear it.
