&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that this will only return workflows where "Last action on" is known. You might also want to search for "Last action on" is unknown. Additionally, check the "Unused" tab under &lt;EM&gt;Menu&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Automation&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Workflows&lt;/EM&gt;. Additionally, you could filter for workflows where "Enrolled total" is 0. If you check all of these, you should catch all unnedded workflows.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Removing old workflows</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm planning a clean up of old workflows that haven't had enrollments in over a year. I'm thinking that this can be accomplished by using a filter on "LAST ACTION ON". Is this the best way or are there other ways?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd also like to build a report but it doesn't look like Hubspot has any options for this outside of exporting spreadsheets.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
