Trying to build a custom deals report

Hello, I have been playing with custom report building and I can't seem to figure this out. I am trying to create a simple report hat shows
Companies, Total Deals value Won, Count of Deals Won, Count of Deals Lost, active deals. any ideas?

Hi @KC_Substrata,

The approach here would be a single object report (either in the classic or custom report builder), visualized as a table. With these settings, you'll already get half of what you're looking for:

Number of open deals and Total revenue are default company properties. Properties for count of deals won and count of deals lost do not exist by default. If you, however, want them to be a column in a report, they must be a property.

It's not possible to have this information in columns by creating a cross-object report with deals as you would be applying different filters to that object (deal stage is closed won vs deal stage is closed lost). So if it must be one report, you would have to create these two counts as separate company properties.

Create two company calculation properties with the count measure, looking at the associated deal object and adding a condition that only won deals should be counted.

Once created, you can add this column to the report above.
