Is there a way to display revenue goals on a dashboard?

I have set monthly revenue goals *that apply to two pipelines* and want to show this on a dashboard. One pipeline is net-new revenue, other pipeline is recurring and upsell revenue. I can create a custom report and manually enter the goal, but that will be a monthly manual update and defeats the purpose of using goals. In an ideal state, I would want a seperate net-new sales goal to calculate based on the recurring and upsell revenue closed. Any ideas? Thank you HubSpot Community!

While HubSpot doesn't provide a built-in feature to directly display revenue goals on a dashboard, you can use a workaround to achieve this. Here's a possible solution:

Create Custom Properties: Create two custom properties for deals, such as "Net-New Revenue Goal" and "Recurring & Upsell Revenue Goal." These properties will store your monthly revenue goals for each pipeline.
Set Goals for Deals: Set the monthly revenue goals for each pipeline by updating the respective custom properties for each deal.
Calculate Net-New Sales Goal: To calculate the net-new sales goal based on recurring and upsell revenue, you can use HubSpot's custom workflows and property calculations. Create a workflow that updates the "Net-New Revenue Goal" property based on the sum of recurring and upsell revenue for closed deals within a specific time period. This workflow should run on a recurring basis, such as at the beginning of each month.
Create a Dashboard: Once you have the custom properties and workflows set up, you can create a custom dashboard in HubSpot to display your revenue goals. You can add custom reports or widgets to showcase the monthly revenue goals for each pipeline. For example, you can create a bar chart that compares actual revenue to the goals for each pipeline.

Hi @Franci What action would you use in the workflow? Will it need to be custom code to sum the amount then subtract that calculation from a property?

You can also use a calculation property instead of a custom workflow. It should be easier!
