Quote Status for reporting

i dont seem to find a way to create a report with quotes or for quotes that include the same status as in the sale/quotes view.

i can get quote title, value, owner, etc but not the status. am i missing something?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

It's currently not possible to add quote status to a report in HubSpot at this time. I could see how having more drill-down options would be helpful though 🙂

One possible workaround to consider is to make a custom deal property and call it "quote status". You can update that property when a quote is created or updated, and from there you could make deals report that uses the custom property.

I would recommend upvoting this related idea in our Ideas Forum and commenting on why this functionality would be useful. Our Product Team who monitors the forum regularly will be able to read your feedback and take it into consideration for future product development.

Also +1 for this! Currently trying to figure out a workaround as "published quotes each week" is a report we need ☹️

You should now be able to report on quote status as per this announcement from 2022: "[Now Live] Quotes now supported in Custom Report Builder".

This is however for Sales Hub Pro and Enterprise users.
