Call Log Reporting

Hello,

I am currently putting together a table report with call log details per sales person. I am currently running into an issue where I would like to add who the call was with.

I need to find a way to add 'Contacted (Name)' to the report. Customer name does not work, and there is no preset option for 'Contacted' via a call log.

Custom reports in HubSpot should let you display the contacts associated to an activity, in this case a call:

Can you share a screenshot of your report settings?

I am not able to search for associated contact in my available fields. The activities are being assigned to a certain company not a particular deal.

Hi @WHawkins3,

If you're in the custom report builder and have the contact object in there as a source, have you tried simply adding First name and Last name to the report?

I tried your idea below and also with Contact Name. It still ends up repeating the same call notes for all contacts of that company, not just the person on the call log.
