I need to create a specific report with e-mail marketing information

Hi everyone, I hope you guys can help me.

I create a report on Supermetrics that I'm trying to recreate on Huspot with the following informations on the same query: date range, name of the contact, contact company and country, e-mail marketing campaign, email subject, % read, clicks on the e-mail, opens.

When I try to export, I can't extract the data range so the Power BI can read it.

The most urgent thing tho is how to extract de % of reads of a group of e-mails. I could do this on Supermetrics but I can't find it on Hubspot.

@yalvesz I don't believe that exact report is something I've ever seen in HubSpot. However, in HubSpot's custom reports I do see that with Contacts as the primary data source, you can add marketing email as another data source, and there's a beta for "marketing email analytics."

In marketing emails, I don't see subject line as an option, but I do see email name, campaign properties, and some data on opens. So while it may not be exactly what you've created in other systems, it is giving you some good data to be able to analyze.

@yalvesz completely understand your pain point in finding a report to use with Power BI, unfortunately most of the email analytics data is best accessed within HubSpot and not the easiest to export to external tools.

Hopefully @danmoyle 's suggestions get you closer, if not, share back the report you've built and we can see about fine tuning it to work better. 🙂
