Lead capture form

Hi everyone,

I want to create a report for a single lead-capturing form which will include all the feedback properties within it, and feed it to a dashboard.

Anyone who can assist or HubApot does not have that capability yet?

Hi @FMutele,

The exact input from the form can only be viewed under Marketing > Lead capture > Forms, in the Submissions tab.

You could create a custom report and place it on a dashboard but it would not necessarily show the input from the form submission; it would show the latest value for a contact in those fields.

Such a report can be created under Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object, by choosing a table visualization. Let me know if you need help creating such a report.
