Need totals in each stage of pipeline as of today (regardless of created or closed date)

Hi all,

I'm relatively new to HubSpot dashboarding, so please bear with me. We need a way to see the totals in each stage of our pipeline (stage 1-4) as of the current day. It would be great if we could see how this trends over time, if possible. Can you please help me figure out how to build out this widget? Essentially, I'd like a widget that could easily show, as of today, we have, say, $100k in S1, $200k in S2, $300k in S3, and $50k in S4. Created and closed date do not matter- I just want to be able to see current totals and how this trends week to week. Is this possible?

Hi @RevOpsStrategy,

You can easily achieve this by navigating to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object > Deals. Under Filters, set the create date filter to all time. In the Visualization tab, display Deal stage by Amount in company currency. That's it 🙂

Thank you, @karstenkoehler. I had this setup and wanted to confirm this was correct. As a follow-up, is there any way to view this information over time (say, as of the end of each month)? Also, is there a way to combine the marketing pipeline stages (in contacts) and sales pipeline stages (in deals) into one widget?

For information over time, the only reporting option would be the sales analytics: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-sales-reports-with-the-sales-reports-analytics-tool

It inclues a 'Historical snapshots' report.

Regarding combining contacts and deals within the same report, this is not possible, no, if you're referring to having Lifecycle stage alongside Deal stage.
