Can anyone shed any light on why my Activity Feed from the Contacts drop down menu is not showing anything. I don't even get the Activity Type and Lifecycle stage drop downs above it. This is all I see

Hi @WSilver

Are you after this view?

This is on the actual contact record, once you have selected a contact.

The screenshot you have shared, is the activity feed for sales contacts you own and have engaged with by sending tracked emails, booked meetings with, etc.

Hi there thanks for the reply. Actually I was trying to pull up an Activity Feed from the main Contacts drop down menu but it is not showing me anything just the screenshot I shared. I can see activities on an individual contact screen but I wanted to see a summary of all activities across all contacts and thought that the Activity Feed option from the main Contact menu was the way to do it.

I have the same question / issue with the activity feed. Further, there is no drop down list showing for one of my users. They have to prompt it by searching for something before it presents.
