For example, a LOST deal "Last stage before close" would have been empty. So I decided to create a last workflow to enable a LOST stage to collect the previous "Last stage before close".       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am enquirying to see if anyone has implemented this as a new property for which at the moment I cannot see anyone has.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically I want this property to list what stage a deal was in before being Moved to Closed lost or won.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eg. Deal 43 was in Proposal Stage, before being closed lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deal 27 was in Enquiry Stage before being closed lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which a property such as "Stage before close" would show:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deal 43 : Proposal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deal 27: Enquiry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking forward to thoughts and ideas on this one.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There isn't a field within HubSpot for this but as a work round you could create a workflow (depending on your HubSpot package) to populate a custom property.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have added instructions on how would do this below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Locate to "Settings" in the top right hand corner and then chose "Properties" from the menu on the left.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Under "Deal Properties", create a custom property called "Deal Stage before Close".&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;With this property, you want to make it a drop down property and add all of your deal stages, excluding "Closed Won", "Closed Lost" etc..&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once you have done this, locate to "Workflows" in the top navigation.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Create a "Deal" based workflow&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The enrollment will be that the "Deal Name" is known AND "Deal Stage" does not equal "Closed Won", "Closed Lost" etc..&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then add an if/then branch - The enrollment will be: If the Deal Property, "Deal Stage" is any of {Your first deal stage}, then on the "Yes" side, click "Set Property Value". Choose "Deal" and search for "Deal Stage before Close".       <description>&lt;P&gt;This can also be done from a calculated property now. In descending order, add a formula to check if a deal has entered each open stage, starting with the stages with the highest probability. You can also add a check that the deal is in fact currently closed by saying that the probability is equal to 0 or the stage = closed lost. The benefit of doing this is that you'll only see data for deals that are already lost.&lt;/P&gt;
