Creating a report on deals that have been inactive for X days?

Hi, I'm brand new to Hubspot (and creating reports!). I'm using the Sales Professional version. I need a report that shows all of the Deals that have become inactive (with no activity/contact by sales people) for X number of days. Does this report already exist? If not, does anyone know how to create it?

Hubspot has a slick way to do it in the Board view - it grays out cards that have been inactive for a set number of days. Setting is in Board actions -> Edit Cards - see below

The easiest way to achieve this would be to use HubSpot inactive deal feature right in the deal board view (Menu > Sales > Deals), under Board actions > Edit cards, you can set the following:

Thank you. Yes, we already have this feature set up in the kanban view. However, I guess what I'm looking for is the ability to have an easy to read chart or list version of that that we'd be able to put onto a dashboard. The kanban version of this is a bit more difficult to easily see exaclty which deals need attention because all of the deals are all mixed together. But maybe we'll just have to settle for what we can get 🙂

@JWagner3 good to hear. I also wanted to go next step; here's what I did.

I created a calcualted field (Days since last contacted) that takes the time between Last contacted and another custom field I called "Today's date if deal open". The latter field updates daily via workflow (if deal open, update date) which subsequently updates the Days since last contacted. Now you've got a reportable field on activity/inactivity 👍

Hi Karsten,

Can this be transformed into a number report per rep?

With these settings you can see which deals are behind visually only. I need to have a report which shows how many deals are without an activity in the past 7 days per rep.

This should help you get going 😉 It worked for us! Very nice. (have a bit of patient when you finish the calculation property. Hubspot needs some time to calculate (2-3 min)
