Can I tailor HubSpot to provide the same tracker as exists in Excel

We track our recruitment process presently in an Excel tracker, we've loaded up the data into HubSpot, could we customise a report from HubSpot to generate the same fields as our tracker ie name of candidate, role, client, date of interview, status/action?

@AnjanishShekhar What you've outlined sounds more like a pipeline than a report.

Are you looking to track the process through a staged approach? If so, a deal pipeline may be your best bet. You can create a deal object for each recruit and move it through the customized deal pipeline.

A report won't allow you to update the data that has been pulled. Another option is to customize your CRM view (contacts) and edit the datapoints inline by clicking into the fields. In order to get the fields your tracker shows, you can navigate to Actions>Edit Columns>Select the fields you wish to see.

What we want is a tracker with the following data field columns (as in Excel presently) to see daily what the status is for each candidate:

Role, Client, Type, Name, Recruiter, Status//Date, Amount, Due

How could we do this please?

@AnjanishShekhar Generally speaking, HubSpot reporting doesn't function the same way as Excel. For this reason, we offer an app in the HubSpot App Marketplace that exports your HubSpot data to Excel -- the Excel Integration for HubSpot. Using this app, your HubSpot data can be set up to refresh in Excel on a regularly scheduled basis. The integration would enable you to customize and automate your reporting.
