Create a Report that Shows which deals changed stage in pipeline

Hi! I'm tryinf to create a report that shows which Deals moved from one stage to another in pipeline.

The only reports I'm able to create are reports that show if the deals have been modify or got a new activitie, but I don;t care about any other activities other than moving from one stage to another, I want to filter out only the deals that changed pipeline stage.

Hi @ARavera,

With the report builder, this type of report cannot be created. However, if you have access to the report builder, you should also have access to sales analytics.

Navigate to Menu > Reports > Analytics Tools > Sales analytics. In the left sidebar, under Forecasts & Pipelines, you should see Deal change history over time. This is the closest you can get to what you're looking for, as far as I know.

Hey @ARavera!

To add to @karstenkoehler's suggestion, you could also potentially use the "Entered Stage Date" properties. HubSpot automatically creates data stamp properties for each stage in each pipeline, so that could potentially let you report on specific pipeline stage entrances within a given time period (i.e., "Entered Stage Date - Stage 1" = "This week" and "Entered Stage Date - Stage 2" = "This week" would show you deals that entered stage 1 and moved to stage 2 within the same timeframe). Alternatively, you could create a separate report for each deal stage that pulls in the deals that entered that particular stage within the given timeframe.

In that same vein, you could create reports for deals that haven't moved within a set timeframe ("Time in Stage - Stage 1" = "More than 1 week").

Hope you're able to get at least close to the report you're after!
