      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i hope the hive mind is able to help here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as an aside we have already spoken to our hubspot rep who says this is not possible (but I feel like there must be a way to report on these things)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in a nutshell;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have 2 pipelines&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;plus a sales call&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from these we want to determine the conversion rate, the number of cancellations within a trial period AND the LTV of these customers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The pipeline conversions are straightforward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im not sure how to report on a meeting booked (call) to create a conversion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we can obviously create lists for cancellations but it's pulling everything into 1 (or more) clear reports I'm struggling with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;So a few things here, the LTV is actually stored natively on the contact and company for every deal they're associated with in a "won" stage under the property, "Total Revenue".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the "Meeting Booked" call, you might need to just make this a deal stage to look at the conversions from that stage to either Closed Won / Lost.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay, that makes sense on the deal stage to call.
