If you also created an API you can removed on that end.&amp;nbsp; The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Test account reset but not fully</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everyone! I was referred here by a live support agent.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our trial test account expired today or sometime this week, and today when I went to renew it, all the previous data had been erased. It essentially looks like it's been factory reset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Oddly enough we had a few transactional emails we’d set up and when we send those through the API it still works, but I just can’t see them on the emails dashboard. So I can still send them but cannot edit them...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas on why this might be the case?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
