Some Deals doesn't appear at the Deals dashboard

Hello,

I am currently facing an issue. All the deals created appear however they only appear on the 2 first stages of the pipeline, and even if I create a test deal to move it stage by stage in the pipeline, it won't appear.

Can someone help me figure how can I solve this issue?
I tried almost everythingclearing filters etc etc...

I believe what is happening is that the filter selected is all, as this example here.

Please select "any" and that should work 🙂

Hi @RLevyBenseft3,

This has caused confusion for a lot of other users before. This type of report shows the number of contacts or deals in each stage that moved through each of the selected stages in order during the specified time range. For example, if a deal was created two months ago and the deal report range is set to last month, then the report will not include that deal. More information on that here.

Most likely, however, you're not seeing deals because they did not move through each deal stage. This default can be changed to show all deals, not just the ones which moved through all stages. (However, you'll lose the conversion rates on the right. They cannot be calculated for deals skipping stages.)

To make this change, as far as I know, a Professional subscription is needed. If you have a Professional subscription, you can change the settings, as shown below, from "all" to "any".

Without a Professional subscription, this is unfortunately not possible at the moment and I'd agree if you said this was frustrating.
