How to set goals to weekdays only

The BDRs on my team have a goal of 800 calls per month which comes out to roughly 40 calls per day (20 working days, or 4 weeks of 5 business days). However, Hubspot is including weekends into the average when calculating calls per day, which is bringing the number down to 26.6. Is there a way to fix this so that the number is more accurate and excludes weekends?

Hi @Bridget2,

I'm not aware of a quick fix here, unfortunately. There isn't an option for that. However, I have a suggestion for a different visualization. If you switch to a cumulative visualization, the goal line will start to make more sense. You'll still see dips in the count of activities over the weekend, of course, but the overall view of goal attainment is much clearer.

We've got the same issue and because we're comparing by sales reps, showing the data cumulatively is not an option that I can select.

The goal is total 640 calls a month, 32 per week day but because weekends are included, the daily goal is showing as 21.33.

This is an issue as the goal is not correct and therefore the report doesn't fully meet our needs.
