Time spent in deals

Hello Community!

Earlier I figure out how to create a report for the average time a deal stage in a deal stage. However, the numbers seem optimistic. My thought, maybe because those deals that skipped one deal weren't included in the calculation. Please help me what to do? I need a report to see the average no. of days a deal will say in a deal stage even those who skipped the stage. Thank you for you help!

Hi @JParagas,

There is an out of the box report in Sales analytics (Menu > Reports > Analytics Tools > Sales Analytics > Time spent in deal stage summary). Is this the reporting you're looking at? If a deal skips a stage, by definition it can't be included.

If that's not the report you're looking at, please share the exact settings of your report, ideally with screenshots.
