Can I total a Deals stage with a different property than "amount"?

Hi. I have created three numeric custom fields with my Deals pipeline. I would like to Total by at least one of those (would be ecstatic if all three) instead of "Amount". Is this possible?

Hi @ChrisTaylor,

At this time, that is not possible.

Using the reporting/Sales Pro tools, you may be able to pull a report that gathers this information, but not directly on the deals dashboard.

I would recommend adding this to the HubSpot ideas forum.

@ChrisTaylor What is it that you are looking for? If you export the information then you have an excel sheet and can total any columns you want.

Yes, it is an extra step, but gets you the information you want.

I agree with the previous comments, you won't be able to do this calculation inside of Hubspot.

If this is a large pain point for your organization you should check out the company I work for, Rekener. Our software pulls out your Hubspot data and allows you to run analytics like the report you mentioned. I work on the solutions team and have built this type of report for customers before, feel free to ping me if you are interested!

This would be very helpful for me, as my organization is more focused on number of users than revenue at the moment and I would like to be able to measure and total using that metric INSIDE of HubSpot rather than having to continually build google sheets. At least now you can include google sheets in a report - thats a major upgrade!

Upvoting the ability to customize the deal amount!
