How do I stop tracking all user activity - except one - in Sales Dashboard?

Hello! HubSpot is tracking the activity (like calendar invites) of some of our team members for whom we do not want to track activity. In fact, one person never even accepted their HS invite and her calendar activity is tracking. We only want our sales rep's activity tracked. thanks!

Hi @DWilliams23,

You can exclude recipients from CRM email logging in the settings: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/add-emails-and-domains-to-the-never-log-list

Unfortunately this doesn't cover the calendar sync. When a personal calendar is connected (any) and some of your team members have a contact record (in your CRM, not a user record), then HubSpot will log meetings that appear in a connected calendar and can be associated with a contact. You'd have to delete the contact records (Menu > Contacts > Contacts) of your team members.

Alternatively, you could adjust the reports to exclude activity from certain users or contacts. The exact steps would depend on the report. If you share more details, I'll try to help.

Thank you Karsten. I will remove them from the CRM. I don't think any of them have connected their calendars to HS though, which is strange that this activity would show up.
