Is there a way to email dashboards to external emails?

A bit of a background: we're working with a different company who are sending their users to us. That company wants to have a weekly report to see which of their users onboarded with us and have provided a list so we know which come from them and which come from other sources.

So I have created a custom report on a dashboard which gives me that information. And can export it manually or have the dashboard report emailed to me weekly, however I can only find options for existing users. Is there any way to automatically email report export or dashboard to a non user?

Hi @Emily_,

This is, as far as I know, not possible – because of security reasons, I assume. Otherwise users could simply forward confidential information to any email address.

As a workaround, you'd have to create new user accounts for those users. You could disable all access to features, a "look but don't touch" role.

Unfortunately that's not going to work as it needs to be emailed to them. Even if it was something that is automatically emailed to me and could be forwarded would work. However even if you email a dashboard with attached PDF selected, you only get a preview in the email and have to login in order to download the PDF of the report.

You can send it to your own Office 365 Mail Account and set up a rule, which based on the subject line, will be forwarded to other mail addresses.
It works for me, unfortunately the forwarded mail displays my mail signature without a message, when the mail is forwarded. Besides that it works.

All in all, the functionality of hubspot is very weak when it's about reporting to externals.

Hi!
i tried doing this actually but there is a major problem.

Once the people external to HS receive the fowarded email, it tells them to go back to HS to see the full report...

I was wondering if there is a way to receive the exported xls file directly through email and then do the foward procedure from there.
