Pipeline Reporting

Im trying to create a simple report showing count of deals in each stage as of now. Not in the last x number of days, not based on when changed stage or created but just simply counting the number of deals that sit in that stage.

The set up states 'This shows Deals in the Sales & Recruitment Pipeline pipeline that have progressed through ANY/ALL of the selected stages' in X time period.

Im not after progress just a count!

Any tips? Thanks!

Hi @GTaylor,

There is a default report for this. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library and type "Deal totals by stage" in the search field. You should see a vertical bar chart.

Hi @GTaylor ,

You can find a report to achive this in Report library
Navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports library
Select Deals in the right sidebar menu
scroll down and select the report "Deals total by stage"
Click 'Save report' to save the report or 'Edit in builder' to customize the report.

Same question as OP as the solution given does not give the information we need.

I want to know the current total number of deals in a particular pipeline.
