Report refresh rate

We are having trouble with reports not updating as the data changes, there seems to be a 2-3 hour delay in this. Specifically we have set up a report that reflects Deals with Stage 'Closed Won' (filtered on sale or rental type) and then showing a bar chart with X-Axis Install Date Monthly and Y-axis as a sum of our total contract values.

Obviously this is frustrating for the management team trying to track live data, but also as we build reports and test we want to see the changes as we make them to ensure we know we're on the right track.

Is there a way to make the report update every x-minutes for example, or pull from live data constantly?

I am having the same issue, and it's extremely frustrating. We move very quickly and utilize a lot of reports that rely on the deal stage. I'm currently seeing a lag time of up to 45 minutes (possibly more) for deals showing the correct and current stage in reports. This is providing false forecasting and duplicate efforts during meetings. I never saw this to be an issue until a few months ago.

We are having the same issue, will update the filters on a ticket report and it can take over an hour before the updated records will show on any export. This is now going to waste about 4 hours of time, just waiting on reports to update in the background.

I'm experiencing this as well. Changes take at least 15 minutes but usually it's longer than that. I will submit a ticket but would like to confirm that this is still an issue in 2022.

Reports built with the custom report builder are automatically refreshed with available data every two hours. However, you can manually refresh a report or a dashboard once every 15 minutes to retrieve new data as mentioned in this help article.

I would recommend connecting with the HubSpot Technical Support Team as they can provide real-time assistance.

It's still an issue in 2024! This has not been solved; limitation is still the same. Now way around it, unfortunately. Unless there can be some form of code or app involved, but at least with HubSpot's native capabilities it still is not viable.

I'm having the same issue too! We have complex reporting and whenever we want to update data, include new fields, etc it takes ages for the updated data to show. It's really making this very frustrating when trying to build out reports as we have to wait for so long to see if something is actually working.

Here we are in 2025 with no change to the refresh rates. I understand it add a significant bandwidth issue to have reports refreshing too frequently, but this seems to be a larger issue effecting a wide-swath of users. Without having to manually refresh reports (which still does not pull the most updated data at times), users need an option to automatically have these update. Without a more frequent & reliable auto-refresh, the reports can be useless for C-level eexcutives (aka the ones paying the fees to use HubSpot) who want to see & review the most up to date data.
