Pipeline Report

I want to create a pipeline graph/report that shows the number of deals, and the total value of deals, in each stage of the pipeline. It seems simple, but I can't figure it out. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi @SSchlesner,

This is possible as a table view. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report, select Single object > Deals.

Add the deal properties Amount in company currency, Deal stage and Pipeline in the Data tab, then switch to the Visualization tab and arrange everything to look like this:

Unfortunately you can't have both Pipeline and Deal stage in one table. I'd recommend creating two versions of this report, one that displays Deal stage, another that displays Pipeline.

You should be seeing a table on the right now with three columns: Deal Stage, total summarized amount in company currency and count of deals.

Don't forget to adjust Filters on the upper left to your desired time frame.

I'd also recommend checking out Deal stage funnel with deal totals and conversion rates from the report library (Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library > use the search function). This one doesn't show the total value of deals but might still be helpful.
