Export Deals Pipeline Board View

I'm looking to export the board view (See below) of our deals pipeline so we can use the data in presentation etc.

This export has to include:

Deal name
Deal stage
Deal owner
Deal amount
Deal company
Associated contacts
Est. close date
Creation date

We'd love to be able to export this data for insertion into Word docs and Powerpoints.

Hi @jonathanwood

Other than taking a screengrab, or perhaps using some complex integration with thirdparty software, I'm not aware of a way to do this today. Is putting a link to the dashboard in your presentation, and then showing the real thing an option?

If not, I recommend you post this over in the ideas forum where other users can vote on it.

@jonathanwood Workaround and not in the deal board form but you can always switch it to "Table" mode adjust the properties as noted and export that list. This will let you get it into excel

Hi Jonathan,

Maybe a bit late to this one, but we had the same question.

I solved it by printing the page to PDF. It retains the formatting of the pipeline view, and is great for sending to stakeholders who are not Hubspot users, say, once a month.

To neaten up the print view a little, I used a TamperMonkey script in Chrome to hide some of the buttons and toolbars from the print view.

Has anyone found any other ways to do this? I'd love to be able to send this view as a daily or weekly attachment/download without having to do this manually. The intended recipient does have a Hubspot account but this is the only thing she'd be viewing so I'd like to be able to email this.
