Need help importing team targets

Hi!

I'm having issues importing team and user targets.

I downloaded the pre-populated .csv file, entered my targets, and uploaded it, but keep receiving the error 'There was a problem processing your file'. It doesn't flag what the problem is and after a number of changes and attempts I'm at a loss.

Can anyone help?

This error is almost always due to hidden or "rogue" cells outside the actual data table, such as an accidental space, a cell cleared with backspace instead of Delete, or a formula returning blank (="").
These add extra commas to the CSV, and the HubSpot targets importer will reject the file because the layout no longer matches the template.
What you should do now: Process to fix: Select only the actual data range (e.g., A1:E42).

Copy and paste it into a completely new sheet.
Save the new file as CSV.
Upload the new file to HubSpot.
Before importing, make sure: There are no cells outside the new table, There are no spaces or formulas left behind, There are no empty target rows left behind

The file is CSV (not XLSX). Formatting is very important when importing HubSpot targets and fixing the datasheet file. This way will solve the problem in most cases.

This worked, thank you! Also, re-formatting the dates helped. When I download the auto-populated csv the dates are not formatted correctly.
