Hi @FloraN,

Funnel reports automatically apply a filter for a record having been in the first stage. If your leads skipped that first stage in your report, you would either have to simply delete that first stage from the report (or create another version of this report without the first stage) or, yes, move your records through the first stage. Keep in mind that this might update date stamps of when leads entered a stage which could affect both this report and other reports.

I would probably create a version of this report without the first stage and, starting now, set up pipeline rules that leads must start in the first stage and can't skip stages.

Best regards

Hi!

Until last week, we were only using Deals for our prospection.

We recently switched to leads, so I created all our leads at the same time, and give them a Lead Stage (new, attempting, connected, qualified) based on the deal stage of the previous deal.

I am now trying to build a lead funnel.

My problem is the number of leads appearing in each stage.

In the funnel, I only have 9 deals marked as "attempting":

While in my Leads index, I have 1079 leads in Attempting :

Do I first need to mark these 1079 attempting leads as "New", and then mark them as "Attempting", so they go through every step of the funnel?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Best regards,

Flora

Hi Karsten,

Thank you for your answer.

I have marked now all my leads as new, and then I will mark the ones that were "attempting" back to attempting.

However, my number of "new" leads in my funnel hasn't changed.

I have refreshed the report and the pages, and no updates.

Even stranger, if I click on the 516 "New (Marketplace)" leads in my funnel, some of these leads don't belong to the "Marketplace" pipeline that the funnel is about.

For example, it show "Cyril Richier" :

But "Cyril Richier" is in the stage "New (B2B)", and not in the stage "New (Marketplace)" :

Thank you for your help,

Flora
