Reporting on form submissions

Is there a way to report on form submissions for a specific form where we can pull all the metrics from the form performance into one report? All the reports (submissions, source, contact new vs existing) those are all the metrics we want to track on a weekly basis - how many new contacts are we creating a week from our content (we only use one form) and where did they come from - but I can't figure out a way to do that natively in the reports section...

Hi @GTorres-Soler8,

No, there is currently not. However, the product team has already hinted at developing a data source for the custom report builder for form submissions.

For now, the only way that I am aware of to natively report on form submissions would be creating a custom object for form submissions, then using workflows to generate a record for each submission, then reporting on this custom object.

can we stop marking these recommendations as "solved"? If the answer is "no you can't do that," "not currently an available feature," "developers are working on it" (most likely not true), or "here's a workaround"... the issue has not been solved.

Good news: There is now a public beta under Settings → Product updates → Build Custom Reports on Form Submissions:

Build Custom Reports on Form Submissions

What is it?

We are excited to announce the Public beta for supporting form submissions as a data source in the Custom Report Builder.

Why does it matter?

You can now build a variety of reports based on form submissions to understand how your forms are performing, slice and dice form submissions data and much more.

How does it work?

Under custom report builder, select "Forms", "Form Submissions" and "Form Analytics" as the data sources. Also select other required data sources such as Contacts, Companies etc.

Using the various data sources selected, pull the required fields.

Apply the necessary filters

Choose the appropriate chart types for your report.

Break down the selected data as required.

Now, you should see the report populated

You can also add the reports your dashboards.

Below are some of the reports that you can build:

Form submissions count over time

X-axis : Submitted on

Y-axis : Count of form submissions

Data Sources to Select: Form Submissions(Primary), Forms

Properties to select:

Form submissions count for a form over time

X-axis : Submitted on

Y-axis : Count of form submissions

Filter by: Name(Form Name)

Hi,

I am a sales pro on Hubspot and a super admin but I don't get the option for anything under "form" when I go to create a custom report?
