Can I create a report based on a daily change in a property?

I'm required to create a structure that:
1- Calculates the time between deal creation and deal closing on the record level
2- Then after creating this calculated property, I then need to divide the budget of the whole deal among the total amount of days in between.
3- After this is done, I'm required to create a report that tracks the daily budget across all deals on a monthly and daily levels.

Eample: If there's a deal that's worth 10k, and the time between creation and closure of the deal was 200 days, the daily report will show that the total deal value in a specific day was 50$, in addition to all the other deals.

I was wondering if this is possible in Hubspot as this looks like an Accounting focused problem.

No, this is not possible out of the box. While you can achieve step 1 and 2 with calculation properties...

... it's not possible out of the box to visualize this in a report over time.

With an Enterprise subscription, you could work around this with a custom object: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/create-custom-objects

The approach would be to create one record of this custom object per active day. Once you have these records, you can easily visualize them over time (daily recurring workflow that creates a daily record with the calculation result as long as the deal is active).

Alternatively, you would have to run this analysis outside of HubSpot.
