Hi @CameronB1,

No, not as of now. If you want to see conversion rates in HubSpot, you can't reference when a specific custom property was filled. HubSpot wants that change to be recorded as a lifecycle stage or deal stage: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-new-custom-funnel-reports

In Enterprise subscriptions, a workaround would be to set up an event...

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-behavioral-events-with-the-code-wizard

... and then reference this event as a step in journey analytics: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-a-journey-report#create-a-journey-report

As far as workarounds go, consider adding all of the deal stages (not just the three) to your report and mark them as optional.

Best regards!

Hi,
I am attempting to make a dashboard that shows how many customers have moved from "Demo" to "Trial" to "Closed Won" and what the conversion rates are for these.
My deals section currently has multiple steps other than these three, but when they move to these ssections specifically, I have a custom checkbox that gets automatically added.
Through the dashboards is there an easy way to show this information?
