Total Deal Amount Report

My boss would like to see the Total Deal Amount and the Weighted Deal Amount weekly using the 2 parameters displayed in the Pipeline view (red boxes below)

Is this possible?

What do you mean by "weekly", a bar chart where each bar corresponds to a week / close date? Could you explain what you mean by "using the parameters"?

If you could describe what exactly the chart type is you're looking for, which date property the "weekly" refers to and what you mean by the parameters, that'll help.

Generally speaking, this can be done with the custom report builder: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

Select deals as a data source, place the close date on the x-axis, the amount (sum) and weighted amount (sum) on the y-axis.

Hi Karsten, we are looking for a bar chart of total funnel value by week.
The current Pipeline view shows a "snapshot" that I believe totals all of
the Deals in the Pipeline:

My boss would like to track that value on week to week basis, ideally
starting at the beginning of the current year.

Does that make sense?

Hi @JSchmitz2,

Yes, what you're referring to is visible in the Pipeline view, but if your boss wants to track these numbers weekly, you might want to create a custom report in HubSpot.
To show Total Deal Amount and Weighted Deal Amount weekly, you can:

Go to Reports > Reports.

Click Create report and choose Custom Report Builder.

Use Deals as your data source.

Add filters for:

Deal Stage (e.g. "is any of Qualified Lead")
Close Date (e.g. “is within last 7 days” or use rolling date logic for weekly)
Add the following fields:

Deal Amount (Sum) = Total Deal Amount

Deal Amount Weighted (Sum) = Weighted Deal Amount

Group by Week of Close Date to break it out weekly.

The historical snapshot is what I'm looking for. Is it possible to get the dates on the x-axis to display as work weeks rather than specific dates? My boss wants all charts displayed as work weeks.

Sounds like you had some good recs here, but ended up hitting a blocker on the way your boss wants things displayed. I work at Coefficient and we have lots of users come to us when they hit HubSpot report blockers.

Then, you can build the charts on your own or with the help of Coefficient's AI Sheets Assistant.

You can even embed the visualization back into a HubSpot using the Publish to Web feature and HubSpot's other content embed option for dashboards.

Thanks again for your reply. I just looked at your solution and I would
like to give it a try. How long does your free trial run? I've got several
things going on over the next couple of days so I don't want to start the
free trial right away.
