Funnel Deal Report

Hi everyone I'm using the Funnel to report deals.

Is that working fine for you?

I saw that it takes a lot of time (up to 10 hours) to update when I create new deals. Also, when i see it from the report screen there are some datas, when I see it from the customise there are different (as if the customisation view updates before).

When I click on the number of the first phase- for example - to see the specific deals in that phase, there are less deals than the number represented (e.g: I see 3 deals in the first phase, if I click to see which deals, there is only 1 shown).

Do you have any tricks to make it update faster?

Yes, funnel reports are working for me 🙂

That shouldn't be the case, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/how-often-do-analytics-in-hubspot-update – if you consistently experience lag longer than described in the article, I'd recommend flagging with HubSpot support via chat or email.

Could you please share screenshots of those discrepancies? Before doing so, please make sure that you clear cache/cookies in your browser first, to rule out browser history based interferences.
