    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to track how many times in a certain period of time my colleagues in Sales send a proposal (which is a deal stage "Proposal Sent").&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I can track how many deals are in this stage, but as soon as the stage changes, I will loose the information. So my Idea was to track the activity: for example, a Sales moves the deal to the stage "proposal sent" and the activity appears in the log of activities of the deal with the date and hour in which it was moved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This would allow me to know in my report how many times they sent a proposal... while tracking it from the deal stage would only tell me how many deal are in that stage in that moment (changing the deal stage wouldn't allow it to be counted in the dashboard).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, fro recap:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I need a dashboard able to track how many times a proposal is sent for each Sales person, in a specific time frame.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;HubSpot automatically maintains date properties that store the date when a deal entered a specific stage:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="rich_text"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Date entered [stage ID]&lt;/STRONG&gt;: the date and time the deal entered the stage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="rich_text"&gt;In other words, you could simply create a deal-report that shows the &lt;EM&gt;Count of Deal&lt;/EM&gt; (y-axis) and the &lt;EM&gt;Date entered 'Proposal sent'&lt;/EM&gt; (x-axis), then apply a breakdown by deal owner&amp;nbsp;– and you're seeing how many proposals are sent over time, broken down by rep.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In your deal properties, you should have a property called &lt;STRONG&gt;Date entered “Proposal Sent”&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which records the date when a deal moved into that stage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you just want to see how many proposals were sent during a certain period, you can build a custom report filtering deals where that date falls within your timeframe. You can then group the results by deal owner to see how many each salesperson sent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just keep in mind that this property only shows the most recent date the deal entered the stage. So if someone moves a deal back and then forwards again, it will overwrite the previous date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
