Help me creating these report in HubSpot

Hi, Community memebers can help anyone help me in creating these reports in HubSpot? it will be great if someone can help me guide for step step and consult me on this since iam new to learn HubSpot reporting!

Hi @Saassolution,

For the first report, deal funnel, you can follow these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-new-custom-funnel-reports

For the second report, weighted forecast vs goal, you would use the custom report builder: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

Here you would choose deals as a data source, then drag and drop 'Weighted amount', 'Close date' into the x- and y-axis area.

A sales goal reference line can be added by following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/goals/report-on-goals#add-a-sales-goal-reference-line-in-the-report-builder

Thanks for your reply i tried to create the report as you explained but the data is incorrect can you see is there any mistake i have done:

@Saassolution what exactly do you mean by "the data is incorrect"? What are you expecting to see instead and how is it different from what you're seeing?

Have you paid attention to this? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-new-custom-funnel-reports

To make a step optional, hover over the step, and select Mark stage as optional. A contact, company, or deal will not have to go through that specific stage in order to continue along the funnel report. If a contact, company, or deal makes it to the last stage, they will be included in the total conversion rate. The first and last stage cannot be made optional.
