Calender view gone from app homescreen

On my app it used to say "upcoming meetings" and I could press "view all", this would let me see a weekly view of my calender/meetings, this has gone now and been replaced with "marketing reports", how do i get mt calendar back, i cant find it anywhere on the app or the desktop!

Hi @KRyder,

When using the current version of the iPhone app, I have an option to "Prepare for meetings" and when I click that, it takes me directly to the calendar view. It's the first thing shown on my app.

If you don't see it, click on the hamburger menu in the top left and set your Selected Experience to "Sales".

On the desktop version, I get to the calendar from the Sales Workspace, which does require a Pro or Enterprise Sales Seat.

Hi @KRyder,

The view isn't exactly the same (mostly), but I just had a teammate check on his Android device and he sees something labeled "Upcoming Schedule" which does list all of the meetings:

When clicking upcoming schedule, I'm seeing the same experience as I do on my iPhone.

This is shown when looking at "Sales Experience" or "Marketing and Sales Experience" from the top left hamburger menu.

It's not apparent when only viewing as the Marketing Experience.

YESSS!!!! that is the view i did have! thats gone now and ive got something else replacing that section! i need that view back! 😞

Weird!

His app (and mine on iPhone) are both up-to-date.

The only other thing I can think of is permissions/seats. Has anything changed there?

Which version of the HubSpot app are you on?
Which HubSpot subscription are you on?
Are you assigned paid seats?

I am on version 4.63.0, updated just now, and see the following:

This is from a user with an assigned Sales Hub Enterprise seat – so possible explanations include:

This is a bug.
HubSpot is making certain features available to paid users only.

Hi everyone,

This is Alberto, Senior Product Manager for the HubSpot mobile app. I’d like to provide some clarity regarding the recent changes to the Calendar view.

As of May 21st, the Calendar view within the HubSpot mobile app for Sales is now only available to Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise users with a paid seat. This change brings mobile into alignment with the desktop experience, where Calendar view access is similarly limited to users with Sales Workspace access at those tiers. Previously, this restriction had not been applied on mobile.

Please note that users can still view calendar availability when scheduling a meeting directly from a CRM record, regardless of their subscription tier.

We communicated this update over the past 30 days via a banner in the Calendar widget—please see the attached screenshot for reference.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and for providing additional context around the change to the Calendar view in the mobile app.

While I understand the desire to align mobile functionality with desktop access based on tier levels, I’d like to respectfully raise a concern from the perspective of a long-time HubSpot customer (over 5 years) and small business owner.

When we entered into our current Sales Hub Starter contract, the mobile calendar view was a key feature that directly supported our team’s efficiency and scheduling process. It was actively used and formed part of the value proposition that influenced our purchase decision. Removing this functionality mid-contract, without direct written notice (email, in-app message with acknowledgment, or a contractual amendment), undermines the expectations under which the agreement was made.

While I acknowledge that a banner was placed in the Calendar widget, that is not, in my opinion, a reasonable or sufficient notification method for a change that materially impacts how a team operates. This approach puts the burden of staying aware of major product changes on users who may have no idea the change is coming—especially when no email or in-platform alert draws attention to it.

As mentioned in my message to Yamini Rangan, this issue goes beyond functionality—it speaks to the spirit of the partnership. Small businesses depend on predictable tools and transparent communication. If features can be removed mid-agreement, pricing and expectations should be re-evaluated fairly for both sides.

We value HubSpot and want to continue growing with the platform, but we also believe in honoring what was agreed upon at the start of a contract. I hope this feedback helps guide future decisions around feature changes and customer communication.

This doesnt feel right... We're on Marketing Professional and not being able to see the calendar view for email schedules is essential and functionality that we used to have.

I'd appreciate a conversation back about this -- taking away existing functionality from customers feels inconsistent with the way Hubspot has done business in the past.
