      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to create a quota attainment report that breaks down our quota attainment by quarters as that is how we track our targets. From what I can tell, the only frequency you can choose is monthly, which seems like an oversight when many companies report sales on a quarterly basis. Is there a way to report on this quarterly or is this report limited to a monthly frequency? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

HubSpot’s goal framework stores one target per user per month, so the canned report can’t roll them into quarters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ways to get a quarterly view&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;• &lt;STRONG&gt;Custom Report Builder&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;In &lt;EM&gt;Reports › Custom report builder&lt;/EM&gt; choose the &lt;STRONG&gt;Sales goals&lt;/STRONG&gt; dataset (or Goals + Deals if you need revenue).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Add &lt;EM&gt;Goal period&lt;/EM&gt; to the canvas, then change its date granularity to &lt;STRONG&gt;Quarter&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Pull in &lt;EM&gt;Goal amount&lt;/EM&gt; and &lt;EM&gt;Goal attainment %&lt;/EM&gt; as your measures.&lt;BR /&gt;That report respects the monthly goals but sums them into quarters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;• &lt;STRONG&gt;Forecast tool&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you’ve turned on the new Forecasts beta, switch the timeframe picker to &lt;STRONG&gt;Quarter&lt;/STRONG&gt;; it rolls the monthly quotas and attainment up for each rep/team.
