I have a report that shows the number of companies that were enrolled in a set of sequences each week.

I want to have a goal line of 20 companies per week, but I can't seem to get it to display properly. I assume this is because we're tracking weekly and used the "Monthly Goal" setting under the chart settings. So the numbers of weeks in a month aren't exactly the same.

Is there another way to get this to display 20 evenly across the entire chart?

Hi @twj1522 ,

If I understand you correctly, you want a goal line of 20 companies per week, but the "Monthly Goal" setting isn't displaying it evenly. HubSpot’s reporting is built around monthly goals, so weekly targets don’t always align perfectly.

One workaround is exporting the data to Google Sheets or Excel and adding a static weekly goal line there. Not ideal, but it gives you the visual you need! You could also drop this in HubSpot’s Ideas Forum—might be something they improve in the future.

Best,

@twj1522 you could leverage a tool like Coefficient on HubSpot's marketplace to keep HubSpot data live in Google Sheets. You can build the chart with the goal line you need there and then embed it in your HubSpot dashboard.

I shared this embed hack a few weeks back on LinkedIn:
https://www.linkedin.com/posts/hannah-recker_ive-hit-a-hubspot-report-limitation-activity-7305228405547929601-vEnd
