Build a Stakeholder report

Companies have a company owner, but internal stakeholders with us also interact with the company.

Question, how can i build a report to see:

Now I see the last contact moment with a company, but it is always in the name of the company owner and I would like to see who, when had contact with the company in a report.

If you want this information for a specific company, the best way to access this is by filtering the timeline and reviewing activity there: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-activities-on-a-record-timeline

Alternatively, you could use the custom report builder: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

Here you would pick data sources companies + activities and could then create a pivot table that displays company name, activity date, type, assigned to. However, if you're just mildly active in your HubSpot portal, this report will be probably too large to review effectively – I would not recommend this approach. It does work if, for example, you have a very small number of company records, touchpoints, and owners.

Thank you for the quick reply but it is just that overview that I can see by company, I want in a monthly report.

over 500 companies we are fairly active with falls under “too big” for the pivot table?

@BJobse if I understood you correctly, you want to see the company name, when an activity happened and who initiated the activity – so we would likely be talking about multiple thousands of rows.

If I misunderstand you, can you maybe explain in a bit more detail which visualization exactly you're looking for?

My team includes sales reps. (Company owners) who are supported by support and inside sales (Stakeholders).
I would like to see what and when the last activity of the company owner (sales Rep.) was.
So not the activities of the stakeholders.

@BJobse in that case, build a report with the data sources mentioned in my first reply and simply add a report filter for "Activity assigned to" and only select sales reps, without selecting inside sales.
