topic Help with Webinar Performance Dashboard & List-Based Reports in Dashboards & Reporting

Hi HubSpot Community,

I’m trying to create a dashboard to track the performance of both upcoming and past webinars. Ideally, I’d like to report on form submissions for webinar registrations, but it seems like there’s no way to build a report directly on form submissions yet. However, I did come across the pre-built "Form Submission Totals" report, which gives me the total number of a form have been submited.

I was wondering if it’s possible to create a dashboard based on lists, where each list would contain contacts who submitted the registration form for a specific webinar. If this works, I could then pull in a report that shows the total number of submissions per list (which would essentially represent the total registrants per webinar).

Would this approach be feasible? Or is there a better way to achieve this and get the insights I need? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best,
Daniel

Some have integrations with Hubspot that will give more robust reporting options because you won't be able to report on the date they registered or attended vs registered without some workarounds.
