How to see initial meetings in a report, not all meetings?

Good day, colleagues.

I would like to see initial - 1st meetings with the customers in a report, but not sure how to make things happen. I created the report where we see all meetings with customers, but we have there 1st, 1nd and meetings with current customers that AEs handle.

Do we have any criteria or filters to set up to see only the first meetings?

I can imagine I create an additional Activity from the drop-down menu - 1st meeting and will ask AEs to choose it when we have the first meetings with the customers. Any other ideas?

Hi @ISmolin,

Correct, you would have to set up a specific meeting type for this: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/how-do-i-create-and-use-call-and-meeting-types

The moment you have that type set up and maintained on meetings, you can filter for this meeting type in reports.
