Custom Code Workflow to analyze all existing meetings

Hello Everyone,

I have a question regarding the reporting possibilities on contact level.

We have lots of different meeting types with contacts along a period of rougly 2 years per Contact.

I want to report on different meeting types, for example:

- How many times did Contact A have Meeting Type A?

- How many times did Contact A have Meeting Type A with outcome = No-Show
- How many Meetings (Type A) were necessary before Type B Meetings happened?

The reporting possibilities within the HubSpot Report Builder is limited for this Use Case (at least I did not find what I wanted to build), so my idea was to create it within Custom Code.
However, I did only find the possibility to modify single meetings (e.g. importing and modifying the meeting outcome of the associated meeting) instead of being able to gather all meetings in the custom code to count/ report them based on their types, outcomes, etc.

Is there a way to do so?

Custom Code Actions in workflows are typically designed to modify individual records rather than aggregate data across multiple meetings. You could explore calculated properties or custom objects to store and track aggregated meeting counts.

Would love to hear a more detailed solution, as I can not fully understand how KPIs would be helpful in this matter.
