Association Reporting Across Objects - Custom Data Set?

Hello,

We use Associations on three of our primary objects, Companies, Contacts, and Deals and we would like to be able to use them as report filters across different objects. What is the best way to do this?

I found the way to do it when looking at one object but not across many, and you have to pre-select the association on the dataset vs it being a filter on the report.

We are also able to create custom data sets, s there a way to create a custom data set that pulls in the association labels and makes them available in reports?

@CWit You’ll need to build a custom dataset to make association labels available in reports. When setting it up, include the labels as fields so you can use them as filters later. Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn’t let you add association labels directly as filters in reports—you have to pre-select them in the dataset. It’s not perfect, but it works.
