Metrics in report from Sales Analytics show different insights

Hi, colleagues,

I am facing an issue, having a different experience using the same report. Please see below the one from Sales Analytics Deals Won & Lost where we can see conversion rate.

Once I move exactly the same report to my dashboard, I see totally different "metrics" below:

Why? 😄 What should be done to see the conversion rate, not the total count of deals?

Are you referring to the summary missing? This is unfortunately not possible at this stage. However, other users have requested this before: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Ability-to-add-report-summary-to-dashboard-visualization/idi-p/1064749

I am also struggling with this. The Win Rates, Deals Won, and KPI summaries at the top of the charts are essential to consolidating the info in the breakdown.

To the OP's point, not only do they not show, but when added, Win Rate no longer shows in percentage, it is now split up into Deals Won and Deals Lost sums - so now I need to run a calculation to divide these??

We need these metrics to show when we add the reports to Dashboards. There is even a toggle switch to turn and off metrics, but only within the Filters toggle.
