Quota Attainment

Hi Everyone,

I have a Quota Attainment created but i cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to make it not just annual year, and look only at the specific pipeline, its not accurate bc it doesnt look back into Q4 of the previous year, when a lot of the annual deals close.

I would like a quota attainment for pipeline 2024 and 2025.

Anyone have any advice or support?

Hi @ESvendsen! Thank you for your post.

Please note, that when using the pipeline filter, the report will only show deals currently in that pipeline and will not show closed deals (Sales Reporting Knowledge Base article). Is your goal to see all open and closed deals for both 2024 and 2025? Additionally, are the goals you set for this report also spanning across those years?

Hi Kennedy, thanks for the quick response. In this example of our quota attainment, where it says date range, you can't select pipelines. What my boss is trying to do is get a quota for quota attainment for pipeline 2024 and 2025. We currently have it set to look at the entire year but that's not accurate because it doesnt look back into Q4 of the previous year when a lot of our annual deals close.

At this time, that report would be limited to the pre-selected date ranges in the drop-down. That said, I'd like to invite some reporting experts to see if they can recommend a workaround.

Hey @johnelmer, @ArtyCele, @GCasali do y'all have any suggestions for reporting on Quota attainment over two calendar years? Thanks!
