Deals Conversion Rate per Source

Hello,

I'm looking to calculate the conversion rate at the deal level, specifically focusing on the percentage of "Closed Won" deals out of the total deals opened.

Is there a widget that can display this conversion rate, segmented by Deal Source? Additionally, I would like some graphs to help compare this data across different years or for the same month in past years.

Most of our deals that close as "Won" in a given month were initially opened in previous months, so the ability to capture that time lag in the conversion data would be valuable.

I look forward to any suggestions or ideas on how to best set this up.

Here is an example report you can create to calculate the conversion rate that tracks the percentage of Closed Won deals against the total deals opened, segmented by deal source with Average Cumulative time in a specific deal stage:
