Funnel Conversion by Deal Sources and Deal Owner

Hello,

I want to create deal funnel conversion report it's fine to have funnel or custom report. My end goal of of having these reports,

1. Deal Conversions by Deal Sources

For month over month I want to create deal conversion reports and filter them out with multiple deal sources (customer property). We have multiple stages in sales pipeline so i want to calculate the percentage conversions of these stages.

2. Deal Conversions by Deal Owners

Same like above on this one I want to filter out based upon deal owners. Here the goal is to know which owners are converting deals for each of the stages.

Help on creating reports will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Hi @AJ_Kakrot,

If you're looking for conversion rates, then HubSpot currently does not have any features which would let you visualize this over time (as in: the x-axis shows a date) or break it down by a property.

You would actually have to create a conversion (funnel) report for each date range or breakdown, then place these side by side on a dashboard to compare them, e.g.

Deal funnel report for Q1
Deal funnel report for Q2
Deal funnel report for Q3
Deal funnel report for Q4

and

Deal funnel report for Organic social
Deal funnel report for Paid social
Deal funnel report for Offline sources

But in funnel report how can I apply custom property filter in my case - Deal Source & Deal Owner

@AJ_Kakrot while I can't find it in the documentation, that should be the date of entering the first step.

@karstenkoehler I got stuck in one more issue and facing problem to understand the funnel report. If I consider the date in funnel report as the date entered in firt step then some of my deal are not showing in the specified date range and the deal has the value in date entered property.

Some of the deals are directly uploaded as closed won in our database. Now this uploaded deals have only closed won stage and it's entered date. So i have created a work flow which copies the closed won date to all the stage entered date property. After doing so also the record doesn't show in the specified date when deal was created and marked closed.

Due to this I'm nor able to get correct conversion numbers.
