Adding Goals to dashboard

Is there a way to add goals to a dashboard? Our team leads have set deal and call goals for each of their team member (about 5 people on each team) and would like to see on their dashboard each individual's call/deal count compared to their goal. They know they can see it in the goals page but were wondering if they could see it on the dashboard too. I haven't worked with the dashboards/reports much yet so I am not sure.

yes you can have a calls report compared with the goal and filter for a specific user

With Dear Lucy's reporting app, you can set goals for each team member for specific metrics like dialled or connected calls or deal counts. Dear Lucy indicates green/red lights depending on whether you're on target on a daily basis. Reports can be seamlessly embedded inside your HubSpot dashboard:

hey @Lucila-Andimol , i dont get how you manage to compare by the call goal? I cant find that option in any report?

That would be great! But I can't find how to compare to goal. The "Comparison" box (under Display Options) allows Previous Year or Year Before. We are on the Sales Professional.
